Pre-Dinner Bites: Amuse-Gueule Au Roquefort (Cold Roquefort Cheese Balls), Pate Maison (Housemade Pate), Gougere (Cheese Puffs), and Pissaladiere Nicoise (Onion Tart with Olives and Anchovies). Dinner: First Course: Potage Untel  (Turnip Soup). Second Course: Oeufs en Cocette Aux Fines Herbes (Baked Eggs with Herbs and Cream). Entree: Coq Au Vin (Chicken in Red Wine with Mushrooms, Onions and Bacon), Pommes de Terre Sautees (Parsley Potatoes), and Epinards Blanchis (Sauteed Spinach). Dessert: La Tarte Des Demoiselles Tatin (Upside-down Apple Tart). If you wish you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. We encourage all our guests to drink responsibly.
