Dinner: First Course: Potage Untel
(Turnip Soup).
Second Course: Oeufs en Cocette
Aux Fines Herbes (Baked Eggs with
Herbs and Cream).
Entree: Coq Au Vin (Chicken in Red
Wine with Mushrooms, Onions and
Bacon), Pommes de Terre Sautees
(Parsley Potatoes), and Epinards
Blanchis (Sauteed Spinach).
Dessert: La Tarte Des Demoiselles
Tatin (Upside-down Apple Tart).
If you wish you are welcome
to bring your own alcoholic
beverages. We encourage all
our guests to drink responsibly.
