Event Setup Team Member


Special Events are meaningful experiences for clients and guests and the Event Setup Team members create the foundation of those events by detailing Jorgensen Farms’ event spaces. Under the direction of the Venue Manager, the Event Setup Team will build a beautiful space for each and every event by following client’s wishes and incorporating Jorgensen Farms’ standards of quality.

Punctuality, effective time management and attention to detail are a must for the Event Setup Team, as they will be responsible for following the Event Coordinator’s instruction on meeting the client’s wishes for floor plan and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the venue.


Venue Cleaning and Setup

  • Sweep and mop indoor floors and outdoor patios and porches

  • Set up tables, chairs and linens for indoor and outdoor areas used for wedding ceremonies, receptions and special events

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms

  • Trash and recycling collection

  • Ice and snow removal

  • Tidy storage of unused equipment

  • Whatever it takes to create a comfortable, welcoming and supportive environment for JF Staff and Guests


  • Guest-centric and team-focused mentality

  • Ability to lift chairs, tables and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis

  • Ability to work on your feet for at least 5 hours

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays and comfort working in any kind of weather

  • Wedding and event setup experience preferred
