5:00pm: Appetizers in the Historic Barn

5:30pm: Wine Pairing Class with Kevin Bertschi
6:30pm: Dinner served by Chef Alana
-an Italian salad with seasonal veggies tossed in Jorgensen's chopped salad dressing
-classic beef bolognese or a fabulous fungus bolognese
-broccoli rabe, white beans, garlic & chilis
-fall greens & grains
-focaccia with olive oil
-Chef's Choice of a homemade dessert
